VISION was registered in 1998 under the Societies Act of 1860, envisioning “All Humans have equal rights irrespective of caste, religion, gender, sexual orientation, color, race, age, genetics and / or disabled” with a mission to “Evolve a just and equitable society for all populations, as well as equipping them with tools to sustain a long-term positive change.” A right-based organization, which over the years has provided training and capacity building to vulnerable communities in all provinces of Pakistan, as well as most of the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation countries SAARC (Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and India).
